Q. Why would my customers want to participate
in the Citizens Service Group (CSG)™ concept?
A. You know how the economy is. It’s tight. And everyone is feeling
the affects. With CSG your customers will be offered a cash reward, real
money they can spend on anything they want or need, just for sending
you a new customer. By rewarding your customers for their leads you will
be investing back into your local community, building your business through
solid relationships, and saving money on advertising (that you can use
to improve business - in other ways).
Q. Is this MLM or Network Marketing?
A. No. CSG has simply created its Marketing System to encourage
your customers, friends, and family to reap rewards for referring your
good service to THEIR customers, friends, and families. They don’t
sell anything. They don’t run a referral “business”.
They don’t
attend meetings or have minimum sales requirements. The CSG system relies
on highly sophisticated software that calculates commissions to four
levels of participation and makes it simple and easy for you to enjoy
new qualified lead generation and customer retention.
Q. How do I get my customers to enroll as Reward
Members (RMs)?
A. There are several ways:
- Have your sales or service rep introduce CSG (and invite to enroll)
when they make the initial call.
- Have your service technician introduce CSG (and invite to enroll)
when they provide service.
- Have your office staff follow up after service with a CSG introduction
(and invite to enroll).
- Mail your customer and contact base a CSG introduction with an invitation
to enroll.
CSG provides all the templates and support materials needed for its
Participating Vendors (PVs) to enroll their customers and contacts as
RMs. Each PV can develop its own formula for enrolling RMs – one
that works best for their unique business model.
Q: As a Participating Vendor do I have to keep
track of RMs who join my network?
A: No. At CSG we understand how time consuming that would be so we’ve taken
care of all that for you. Once you introduce the CSG concept to your clients
and customers and they enroll, the CSG technology system not only tracks their
membership and reward incentives, but also your ever expanding network of marketers – those
who join from your original RMs. Just provide your normal excellent services
and continue to encourage all your customers to enroll as your RMs to build a
network of marketers that can reach far beyond your local service area.
Q: Do I have to write checks to the RMs?
A: No. CSG mails incentive checks to all qualifying RMs (up to four levels)
who referred your company - after you’ve made the sale, completed
the work, and received payment from your new customer. CSG will also
send out any 1099s required for RMs at year’s end (they may not
be running a business but the IRS still expects income to be claimed).
What you DO have to do is send your commission check to CSG (as agreed
upon when you become a PV) for each CSG referred sale.
Q: What does it cost to enroll to be a CSG PV?
A. The initial enrollment fees, commission after sale fees, and annual
renewal fees vary for different industries but all added together cost
less for CSG PVs than many other marketing campaigns
that can be less effective and more risky. Contact us
