Q: As a Citizens Service Group (CSG)™ Reward Member (RM) do I have to sell anything?
A: No, never. The CSG service provider you refer handles all sales and service for your friend, family member, associate, or colleague. There is never an obligation for your referred people to purchase anything but when they do, and the work is completed, you will get rewards from their exchange of business to pay bills or buy the things you want.

Q. My favorite service providers are not listed as a CSG Participating Vendor (PV). Can they join so I can start getting cash rewards for referring them? 
A. When you’ve developed a close relationship with a reputable service provider or contractor that you enjoy working with, you feel a part of their business, you want them to succeed, and talking about them is easy. That’s what the CSG concept is all about. You can help good service companies grow their business through referrals by introducing them to CSG.  

Feel free to contact us with your favorite service provider’s company name, address and phone number. Or, have them visit www.GetCSG.com and touch base with us themselves (make sure they mention your name and your RM# if you are already a CSG RM). We’ll take it from there. We’ll walk your service provider through the entire CSG concept so they can see the benefit for themselves. Then when they join you’ll receive a bonus and as you continue to tell people about their good work – you’ll be getting paid to share the story – and help them grow their company.       

Q. How do I get rewards for referring consumers to CSG Participating Vendors (contractor service providers) - or for referring service providers to CSG?
A. Actually there are three (3) ways for RMs to get cash rewards from CSG.

• When your referred citizen consumer does business with your sponsoring CSG PV and the job is fully processed, then you receive a cash reward, real money you can spend on anything you want.
• If your referred person decides to become a CSG RM themselves, you can earn extra $$$$ as THEY refer OTHERS to their sponsoring CSG PV - and a sale or service is completed.
• And, you can also earn cash rewards for telling quality service providers about CSG. When THEY join CSG as PVs we’ll send you a $50 cash bonus just for bringing them to us. 

You can see how serious we are about empowering citizens to promote their local service providers! It really is the most natural way for local businesses to succeed and serve their communities on a high level – and isn’t it about time someone rewarded you for it?  

Q: Do I have to keep track of people that I introduce to the CSG concept?
A: No. At CSG we understand how time consuming that could be so we’ve taken care of all that for you. You have other things to do with your valuable time – don’t you?

There is virtually no work involved. Just make sure your referred citizens and/or PVs use your name and individual CSG RM # when they do business together or when they join CSG – our technology does the rest. We do all of the work and you reap all the rewards of introducing CSG and its PVs to your friends, family, associates, and community!

Q. Is this a MLM or Network Marketing business?
A. No. CSG has simply created a system that allows you to reap rewards for doing what you already do – refer the people you know to good service providers that you can trust. You don’t run a “business”. You don’t attend meetings or have minimum sales/participation requirements. CSG’s marketing strategy is unique, systematic and gives anyone an opportunity to receive rewards for their good deeds to good service providers and contractors.

However, because the CSG system is highly sophisticated software it does calculate commissions to four levels of participation - making it simple and easy for you to enjoy additional commissions from others that you introduce into the CSG concept. When you refer a friend to a CSG service provider, you are not only telling them about a top quality company with great service, you are building your own group of CSG citizen customers and potential RMs.

Q. How much money can I make with CSG?
A. From the very beginning it was never our intention to make anyone believe that they could earn “big dollars” or make a living being a CSG RM. We simply wanted to offer cash rewards to entice citizen consumers to be more proactive about referring their service providers – because that is Win-Win for all involved.

The CSG system calculates and sends cash rewards of up to 1.25% of the final service total up to four levels (that would be $50 on a $4,000 service call). Here is an example:

We make no promises but the opportunity for an additional stream of extra income is surely there for those who will actively use the system and promote their favorite vendors. How much you make depends on how many referrals and leads you send through the CSG system.

How many people do you know who need plumbing, heating and air conditioning, home remodeling, auto repair, lawn maintenance, and various other services throughout the year? Q. Are cash rewards that I earn taxable?
A. Yes, although you are not running a business, as a CSG RM you are responsible to claim any income on your taxes. Not to worry, CSG tracks all rewards, commissions, and bonuses and will send 1099s to all applicable RMs at the end of each year.   

Q. How will I know what rewards are coming my way?
A. As a CSG RM you can check our system online at any time to make sure that your referrals have been documented and to view your pending rewards.

Q. When do I get my rewards?
A. CSG mails reward checks to all qualifying RMs (up to four levels) one month after the PV has sent its commission for the CSG referred sale.

Q: How much does it cost to become a CSG RM?
A: There is no cost for RMs. Enrollment is absolutely FREE. And there is nothing that you will ever need to buy in order to refer other people to CSG. Our RMs have access to informational and promotional materials that can be downloaded online and printed for sharing the CSG concept. So there is never a fee for participating as a RM – just cash rewards.
