Meet Your Citizens Service Group (CSG)™ TEAM

Russell is the visionary behind the CSG concept. Starting in 1986 and
for over 22 years (as he worked in sales, service, and management to
improve the viability of HVAC & Plumbing Companies) his real desire
was to create the ultimate medium for bringing companies and their customers
together in a mutually beneficial way. His commitment to that dream led
to the formation of CSG.
Russell believes in the tremendous power of our free enterprise system
and is proud and excited to bring the power of CSG to citizen consumers
and their favorite service providers across America. His belief in the
CSG concept and his desire for the well being of its Reward Members (RMs) & success
of its Participating Vendors (PVs), promises to bring benefit to all who
participate.

Amanda is a graduate of River High School in Ohio. She brings her 5 year experience as administrative assistant in the construction industry for companies with $50,000,000 annual sales to the CSG team and is responsible for keeping the office up and running in an orderly fashion. She is highly skilled, enthusiastic, and committed to her work.
Amanda has been with CSG since its inception and fully understands the value of CSG to its PVs and Rms. She is naturally organized and a master at multi-tasking. She keeps your support team up-to-date, organized, and focused. She handles training for new PVs. And, she’ll make sure your questions, messages, and inquiries are addressed by the right person, so you’ll always have a positive experience with CSG.

Jennifer owns and runs Diva Design,
a full-service design studio that transfers raw information into dynamic
visual messages. Because she enjoys working with progressive thinking
people with a unique product, service, or message Jennifer’s company
is perfect for managing the CSG website and its promotional materials.
She gets personal satisfaction from helping businesses and organizations
grow so our RMs can trust that they’ll always be able to access
up-to-date sharable information that they are proud to use when referring
a vendor or inviting a new service provider to become a CSG vendor.

Dottie is a published writer, journalist, and storyteller whose work
usually supports the floral industry. She is a self taught marketing
expert who has worked as a word-smith writing for national and international
business marketing materials, websites, and promotional messages. During
the launch of CSG Dottie acted as the web strategist, writer, marketing
consultant, and project coordinator who integrated the language between
the www.GetCSG.com, the PV and RM Extranets, and the About Time newsletters.
Her
laser focus for the job at hand helped to take CSG from concept to launch
in a short time. But her understanding of the CSG concept and her holistic
view of the benefit that CSG can bring to Service Companies, their Customers,
and their Communities insures that RMs will always have clear, concise, & effective
methods for referring their favorite CSG PVs.

NFIB, and attends annual income tax seminars to keep abreast of changes
that affect CSG and its PVs. Charlotte’s accounting expertise,
attention to detail, and her understanding of both small and large
private companies make her the perfect partner for keeping CSG’s
finances in order.
